“We had two cracks in our foundation. One crack was much more severe than the other. For the mason contractors to properly fix the inside and outside of the cracked foundation they had to take out an old concrete patio slab. They fixed the foundation cracks and put in a new slab, filled in three basement windows, replaced two basement windows, installed two window wells, installed drainage pipe for gutter run off, and added fill around the foundation to make positive grade. Serena and Bo kept us in the loop every day to tell us what work was being performed for each day. We will definitely be using Staats Masonry again for any of our other future concrete jobs.”

The whole process went very smoothly. They cam out and gave me a free estimate for the work. They were back in a couple of weeks, on time, dug around the hole, filled and patched it, and even lay new dirt around the hole to make it flush with the lawn. Both the owner and the assistant were very friendly, efficient, and thorough. Would definitely hire again for masonry needs.

I have nothing but great things to say about Serena and her crew. Serena is very knowledgable about her craft, is prompt, friendly, and always willing to answer any question you may have. Staats Masonry does exceptional work - our foundation looks brand new, and our patio is beautiful. Was a great experience from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again! :) In fact, I wish I could call them for all of my home projects!

A+ EXCELLENT. I saw the BEAUTIFUL job they did for my neighbor and started up a conversation with Serena. Being EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with her 30 years in the business and her EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE...I hired her on the spot. They came as a well organized and concise team and finished the job in 3 days in 90 degree weather with no complaints. Serena stayed in constant contact with me as the job progressed and answered any questions or concerns. When the job was done she walked the site with me to make sure everything I wanted done was done to my satisfaction. The team was AMAZING! I told her I have other jobs lined up for her in the future! A failed sewer line led to a nightmare scenario requiring a new foundation wall, retaining wall and redesigned front walkways and steps. Throughout a nerve racking process, Bo and Serena kept in constant communication, explaining each step of the work. Their integrity and genuineness inspired a confidence that was priceless. They went above and beyond in finishing the job, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Bo and Serena will be my first call if I have any masonry questions and concerns, and I recommend them highly and without reservation.

We are very pleased with our patio, walkway and steps. Staats worked with us through the entire process to convert our ideas into a design that took care of our practical needs and that has substantially enhanced our home's curb appeal.
