We were seeking a 2nd opinion regarding high levels of CO2 emissions that another HVAC company - Lion - had found on our 2 Furnace units and had recommended replacing both furnaces. Isaac Tippmann of Swan came out and did a MUCH more detailed test/review of our systems and found 0 ppm. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and told us we didn't need to replace either unit at this time. Guess who we're calling back when we are ready to replace our older AC & Furnace units...you guessed it..Swan!

Anthony Romeo came quickly to assess our air conditioning problem. He was very professional and accurate. We appreciate the good work he did and Swan Heating and Air Conditioning for helping us so quickly.

Tyler Humphrey helped us with an annual service on our AC. He performed a very thorough job, always keeping us informed, and always being kind, upbeat and very informative. During the process it was discovered that the squirrel cage fan was having issues. He came back today and did the work needed, and again was very informative, upbeat, kind and professional. Tyler is a great HVAC tech and a real pleasure to have in our home. He instilled great confidence and left us feeling assured that everything is in topnotch operating condition. SWAN has been a complete godsend to our family. An incredible team in every aspect of the business and always acting in a way that assures us that they have our best interests in mind in all that they do!
