“One Hour replaced my compressors outside and blowers in the attic. I don't think they were the least expensive option but their workers were friendly and professional. We have the service package. They call us to schedule every six months, show up on time, are friendly and professional. For a company to be working inside my house, these qualities are worth a little extra. When I've called them, I've spoken to a person, which is nice.”

I received an estimate last year from this company. I was not very happy with the prices. From then on I have received at least 15 calls from them. I have asked repeatedly to be removed from the call list. This has not yet happened and it's been a year. I continue to receive calls at least once a month. I have received another call today. I once again spoke with a supervisor named Joel who again reassured me this would stop. I am starting to feel harassed by this company.
Obviously a company has overhead, but to charge $650 to swap an $20 capacitor in under 15 minutes is flat out highway robbery, my AC guy was not available until next week so I had to use these thieves, had it not been the middle of summer in Texas I would have waited, live and learn
